One of the projects covered by PROCAES is the construction of a digital acquis to enable basic training in Strategy. The Strategic Acquis is organised through two mechanisms. The Strategic Library systematizes the accumulated knowledge related to the topic and makes it available to communities. Already through the thematic archives, built with the communities, one seeks to preserve the strategic social experience from the recovery, guarding and sharing of his memories.
